In the work, we must adhere to the spirit of educators to strengthen the soul of teachers, guide the majority of teachers to firmly establish the ideals and beliefs of having a great self and serving the country with sincerity, cultivate the moral sentiment of being a model for others and a model for the world, cultivate the wisdom of enlightening the mind and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, uphold the attitude of diligent study, truth-seeking and innovation, diligently cultivate the benevolence of loving students and willing to make sacrifices, establish the pursuit of the world and educate people with culture, and practice the common value pursuit of the teacher group.
