China News Service, Ningbo, August 26 (Chen Meiyu) The fifth "Dragon Soaring in China" exchange performance and cross-strait youth theme study camp opened in Zoumatang, a thousand-year-old ancient village in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. The event was themed "Dragon Soaring in the Four Seas, One Family, Chinese Culture I Inherit", and more than 100 young people performed on the same stage, made friends and had a party, and jointly started a journey of Chinese culture.

As a classic Chinese folk music piece "Dragons Soaring and Tigers Leaping" was played passionately, young people from both sides of the Taiwan Strait quickly immersed themselves in the melody of the music, and performed programs such as "Taiwan Rhapsody", "Melodious Opera", "Fishermen's Victory Song", and "Straits United" on the same stage, showing the artistic charm of national instrumental music through playing.
In addition to the exchange and performance, the young people carried out a variety of experience activities during the five-day study camp. They performed on the same stage in the thousand-year-old village of Zoumatang, presenting a wonderful Chinese music ensemble; they experienced a variety of intangible cultural heritage handicraft activities in Tiangong Manor in Wandi Village; they felt the power of "China's Intelligent Manufacturing" at the Care for the Next Generation Extracurricular Education Base; in the CPPCC member studio of the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese Community of Yinzhou District, Ningbo, they learned about the various measures and services for consultation and deliberation, entrepreneurship assistance, cultural exchanges, and enhanced recognition for Taiwan compatriots. While feeling the charm of China's excellent traditional culture, the students further enhanced their mutual understanding and friendship in their interactions.
It is reported that the event was hosted by the All-China Women's Federation and organized by the China Children's Center. Young people from Ningbo Yinzhou Middle School Lanqing Folk Orchestra, Ningbo Xiaoshi Middle School Folk Orchestra, Taichung Fengyuan Youth Folk Orchestra and other institutions participated in the event.
