Beijing News (Reporter Pei Jianfei) In recent years, the construction of Lize Financial Business District has attracted much attention. This morning, the relevant person in charge of the Fengtai District Urban Management Committee revealed in the "Transportation Talk" column that the North Extension Project of Daxing Airport Line is underway. In the future, it will be connected from Caoqiao Station to Lize City Terminal, realizing the transfer of 5 subway lines. After completion and commissioning, it will take only 20 minutes from the urban area to Daxing Airport.

Beijing Lize Financial Business District is located between Beijing's West Second Ring Road and Third Ring Road, starting from Caihuying Bridge in the east, Lize Bridge in the west, Fengyi Bridge in the south, and Honglian South Road in the north. It is the last large-scale concentrated construction area adjacent to the Second Ring Road in Beijing and a new landmark for the development of the southwest of the capital. The total land area of the planning and research scope is 8.09 square kilometers, of which the core area has a total land area of 2.81 square kilometers and a total above-ground building area of approximately 6.5 million square meters. The land use function is mainly for business and office.

Relevant person in charge of the Fengtai District Urban Management Committee said that in terms of transportation planning, the Lize Financial Business District is building a green and harmonious transportation system dominated by public transportation and coordinated with multiple transportation modes, ensuring that the proportion of green transportation travel reaches 80%, and the proportion of rail public transportation travel reaches 60% during peak hours. Relying on "three stations and one building" (Beijing West Railway Station, Beijing South Railway Station, Beijing Fengtai Station, Lize City Terminal), "one station and five tracks" (Lize Financial Business District Station, which brings together Metro Line 14, Line 16, Line 11, Lijin Line and New Airport Line), Beijing-Xiongan R1 Line (planned line) and Beijing-Kaifeng and Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressways, it takes 10 minutes to reach the three major high-speed railway stations (Beijing West Railway Station, Beijing South Railway Station, Beijing Fengtai Station), 20 minutes to reach Daxing Airport, 30 minutes to reach various key functional areas in the city, and 40 minutes to reach Tianjin and Xiong'an, it will become a bridgehead for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and a "new gateway" for international exchanges.

As of now, Metro Line 14 and Line 16 have been opened to traffic; the Daxing Airport Line is under construction and will be further extended from Caoqiao Station to Lize Business District; the Lijin Line and Metro Line 11 have been included in the third phase of Beijing's rail construction plan. After completion, the Lijin Line will be able to reach the Financial Street Business District in 10 minutes. Beijing's first "five-line transfer" is gradually being realized.

In terms of road network construction, the overall traffic network of the southern area of Lize Financial Business District has been formed, and important roads such as Beijing West Railway Station South Road, Jinze Road, Liucun Road, Luotuowan Street, Fenghuangzui Street, and Jinzhongdu South Street have been opened to traffic. With the construction of Lize Financial Business District, the traffic network will be continuously improved, and the four horizontal and four vertical external channels will be gradually realized. On the premise of ensuring the traffic function of the existing urban skeleton road network, the traffic demand for rapid distribution will be realized by strengthening the conversion function of the main entry and exit nodes of the business district.
