on october 5, 2003, changzhou information vocational and technical college (hereinafter referred to as "changxin college"), one of the six colleges and universities stationed in changzhou university town, welcomed its first batch of 2,500 freshmen, and 18-year-old li liangliang was one of them.

since then, school-enterprise cooperation has gradually become the norm in vocational education talent training, but sui bixia found that the deeper it goes, the more difficult it becomes. in 2006, the ministry of education and the ministry of finance launched the "national demonstration vocational college construction plan", focusing on supporting 100 colleges and universities to establish projects to build national backbone vocational colleges, which gave her new thinking.vocational education needs to develop its own unique education system, breaking through the method of teaching based on book logic in general education,sui bixia led the software technology professional team to explore the "professional situation, project-led" talent training model integrating work and study, and led students to "practice to gain true knowledge" according to the logic of the project system.

this path has been successful, and the students trained are more favored by enterprises. “although this model was proposed in one major, the school has continuously enriched its connotation, expanded it in related majors, and has also emerged among similar colleges across the country. it has gained a certain influence, and many schools have learned from our model to expand its connotation and form their own characteristics.” the new model won the first prize for national teaching achievements. in 2007, changxin college became a national model higher vocational college.

li liangliang can be said to be the first generation of vocational education students influenced by this educational model. after graduating in 2006, he stayed at the school to teach, and he and teacher sui bixia became colleagues from teachers and students. he told sui bixia that the school is still teaching in this model, and teachers in various subjects continue to make innovations and adjustments based on their own circumstances in practice.
