requirements for uploading online bonus materials
(1) materials that candidates who meet the bonus conditions of "retired soldiers who do not apply for targeted recruitment positions" must submit:
1. electronic photo of the front and back of the original id card;
2. photo of the original electronic version of the retired soldier’s certificate;
3. an electronic photo of the original graduation certificate from a full-time general college (only for targeted recruitment of college graduates and retired soldiers);
4. photo of the original electronic version of the "integrity commitment letter for online bonus point candidates" (see "attachment 3" for the template format).
retired soldiers who apply for targeted recruitment positions no longer enjoy the bonus points policy and do not need to submit relevant review materials.
(two)applicants who apply for public institutions affiliated to the six prefectures (excluding provincial public institutions with workplaces in the six prefectures) are eligiblehan nationality with bonus pointsmaterials candidates must submit:
1.one parent has a current household registration in six states and has been in the country for 3 years or moreormore than 3 yearsthe following materials must be provided for extra points:
(1) electronic photo of the front and back of the original id card;
(2) original electronic photo of the household registration book or the original electronic photo of the household registration certificate (parent-child relationship, date of settlement of the parents) issued by the police station where the household registration is located;
(3) a photo of the original electronic version of the "integrity commitment letter for online extra point candidates" (see "attachment 3" for the template format).
2.one of the parents is currently working in six states and has been working for more than 3 yearsormore than 3 yearsextra points must be providedthe followingmaterial:
(1) electronic photo of the front and back of the original id card;
(2) original electronic photo of the household registration book or the original electronic photo of the household registration certificate (parent-child relationship, date of settlement of the parents) issued by the police station where the household registration is located;
(3) original electronic photo of the work certificate of the parent in six states within the province (see "attachment 1" for the template format);
(4) electronic photo of the original proof of pension insurance payment issued by the social security department of the parent working in an enterprise in six states in the province (see "attachment 2" for the template format);
(5) a photo of the original electronic version of the "integrity commitment letter for online extra point candidates" (see "attachment 3" for the template format).
3.things to note:
(1) if the change of household registration book cannot prove the exact time of settlement or the candidate's household registration is not in the same household registration book as that of his parents, he must go to the police station where the household registration is located to issue a household registration certificate.
(2) the household registration certificate provided by the candidate must state clearly the parents (parents), the candidate’s id number, the relationship between father and son (father and daughter) or mother and son (mother and daughter), and where and how many years the parents (parents) have settled.
(3) the work certificate must state clearly the id number of the father (mother), when the father (mother) started working in the xx unit in the xx region (detailed work resume), and the number of consecutive years of working in the six prefectures. the work certificate must be issued by the current work unit. if the current work unit is merged, cancelled, or bankrupt, it must be issued by the competent department of the original work unit and stamped with the official seal of the original work unit, competent department, and personnel file management department.
(4) if the parent works in the enterprise, in addition to providing proof of work and proof of father-son (father-daughter) or mother-child (mother-daughter) relationship, they must also provide proof that the parent (mother) has paid pension insurance in six states for xx consecutive years. .

steps to add points online
(1) candidates who apply for extra points should log in to the "qinghai candidate public service system"

(2) material review
submitted extra-point materials will be reviewed online by staff, working hours are 8:30-12:00 am and 14:30-18:00 pm every day.

extra points for other things
(1) ethnic minority candidates who meet the conditions for bonus points will not undergo online bonus point review. ethnic minority candidates will first directly add points to the total score of the written test, and those who enter the interview will undergo an on-site bonus point qualification review.
(2) for the specific bonus point policy, please read the "2024 xining city, haidong city, haibei prefecture, huangnan prefecture, hainan prefecture, goluo prefecture, yushu prefecture, haixi prefecture, public recruitment announcement for public recruitment of staff in the second half of the year".
