at the beginning of september, c-iasi released the first batch of vehicle test results after the implementation of the new 2023 version of the new regulations. a total of eight models from brands including bmw, xiaomi, and zeekr participated in the test. among them, ideal mega and l6 both achieved the best results of g+/g+/g+/a. this also marks that ideal auto has become the only brand in the industry whose entire series has passed the c-iasi's highest safety rating certification, achieving the highest body safety rating grand slam.
on september 13, ideal auto held the 2024 safe driving academy event to explain to the outside world the brand's unique safety concept and profound technical accumulation.
whether a car is the safest, the c-iasi crash test is the first touchstone, especially the more stringent 2023 version of the regulations. in the new regulations that came into effect this year, in addition to the addition of g+ and additional items, some of the original optional items were listed as new mandatory items, such as the 25% small offset collision on the passenger side. however, if the development of the small offset collision on the passenger side is to be added, a model will have to increase the development cost by tens of millions, which is also the reason why many car companies are deterred. in addition, there was no mandatory requirement in the industry at the time, so most car companies would directly abandon this project.

since the development of ideal l9, ideal auto has made passenger side small offset collision safety a standard feature of all ideal models. five years later, this item has also become a mandatory test item in the 2023 new version of the c-iasi collision test. in the passenger side small offset collision project, ideal auto has been leading the industry for nearly five years.
if the safety standards are layered according to their difficulty, the national mandatory national standards can be called the first layer of safety standards, c-iasi and c-ncap are the second layer of test conditions, and ideal auto's corporate standards are the third layer outside of the test conditions. at the third layer, each ideal model needs to pass more non-standard conditions tests on the basis of the first two layers of standards, covering driving safety, collision safety, rescue safety, fire safety and other dimensions. however, after having the third layer of corporate standard conditions, ideal auto is not satisfied, but has self-involution to create the fourth layer of standards that can be called the pinnacle of the industry - super safety conditions. ideal auto classifies some of the more stringent working collision conditions that few companies in the industry have tried as "super safety conditions" that must be done for all models. this is also an extreme challenge to the vehicle's occupant protection capabilities.
taking the rollover condition as an example, since there is no mandatory national standard for rollover in china, most companies only do top pressure. however, ideal auto insists that each model must undergo a dynamic rollover test, and not just one condition. all ideal models will be tested for the four typical dangerous rollover conditions of spiral, slope, sand, and side tripping, which also adds 20 million yuan in research and development costs to each model of ideal auto. it is worth mentioning that the dynamic rollover test condition was added to the 2024 version of the c-ncap test standard for the first time. ideal auto is once again ahead of the industry standard.
