anhui daily newspaper group is a party newspaper media group led by anhui daily, the official newspaper of the anhui provincial party committee. according to the needs of business development, it plans to recruit 17 staff members from the public. the relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. basic requirements for application

(1) they must be nationals of the people's republic of china, uphold the constitution of the people's republic of china, uphold the leadership of the communist party of china and the socialist system, and abide by the laws and regulations of the country.

(2) love the party’s journalism work, abide by the professional ethics of journalists, and possess good professional ethics and team spirit.

(3) having good moral character, being honest and trustworthy, having no record of bad professional conduct, and having no record of participating in illegal organizations, activities, or committing crimes.

(iv) possess the academic qualifications, professional qualities, physical condition, psychological quality, age and other conditions required for the recruitment position. the calculation of age and years of work experience shall be up to august 31, 2024.

3. recruitment process

1. registration

1. each person can only apply for one position. multiple applications will be invalid. the information filled in must be true, accurate and complete. the application deadline is september 30, 2024.

2. applications are conducted online. applicants download and fill out the anhui daily newspaper group recruitment application form on the anhui daily client, and put it in a compressed file together with a scanned copy of their id card, scanned copies of their academic degree certificates, academic degree certification from china higher education student information and career center, or foreign academic degree certification from the ministry of education’s overseas study service center. staff members of government agencies and public institutions who are on the payroll should also provide the original (scanned) certificate of consent to apply for the exam from their units.

(ii) qualification review

after the registration is completed, the employer will review the qualifications of the applicants.

3. examination

1. the examination is conducted in the form of a combination of written test and interview, with the written test and interview scores accounting for 6:4.

2. if the ratio of the number of candidates who take the written test to the number of positions to be recruited reaches 3:1 or above, the candidates to be interviewed will be determined based on the written test scores, from high to low, in a ratio of 1:3 to the number of positions to be recruited (if the written test scores of the last candidate are the same, they will all be interviewed together). after the interview, the candidates to be hired will be determined from high to low based on the comprehensive scores of the written test and interview.

3. if the ratio of the number of candidates taking the written test to the number of job vacancies is less than 3:1, all candidates who have registered for the position will take the written test and interview, and the candidates to be hired will be determined from high to low based on the comprehensive scores of the written test and interview, but the comprehensive score must not be lower than 70 points.

4. the time and place of the written test and interview will be notified separately.

4. physical examination and psychological testing

organize the candidates to participate in physical examination and psychological test. the physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the ministry of human resources and social security, the national health and family planning commission, and the state administration of civil servants, such as the notice on the revision of the general standards for civil servant recruitment physical examination (trial) and the operation manual for civil servant recruitment physical examination (trial) (ministry of human resources and social security [2016] no. 140); the cost of physical examination and psychological test shall be borne by the group; candidates who have questions about the results of physical examination and psychological test may apply for re-examination once (re-examination fee is borne by themselves), and if they still fail the re-examination, they will no longer enter the assessment stage. if the applicants give up the physical examination, psychological test or fail, they will be replaced in order of comprehensive scores from high to low.

(v) investigation

those who pass the physical examination and psychological test will be determined as candidates for investigation. their political quality, moral character, ability, diligence, performance and integrity will be examined, and their personal files will be reviewed.

vacancies caused by failure in physical examination, psychological test, assessment or automatic withdrawal of the applicant will be filled in order of comprehensive scores from high to low.

(vi) publicity

after passing the physical examination, psychological test and assessment, the candidates to be hired will be determined and announced on the anhui daily client and other group-owned media, subject to social supervision. the announcement period is 5 working days.

(vii) employment

if there is no objection after the public notice period, each recruiting unit and the recruited personnel shall sign a "labor contract" in accordance with the law and go through the employment procedures. the recruited personnel shall be subject to a probation period. after the probation period, they shall be formally employed if they pass the assessment; if they fail, their employment shall be cancelled. the recruited personnel of anhui daily do not occupy the establishment of a public institution and enjoy the same treatment as the group's recruited personnel; the recruited personnel of xin'an evening news, anhui daily rural edition, and anhui legal newspaper enjoy the same treatment as the self-employed personnel of each unit.

iv. precautions

(i) qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. applicants are responsible for the authenticity of the materials they provide. we will ask applicants to bring originals and copies of relevant materials to the designated location for on-site qualification review at an appropriate time. if an applicant is found to have violated the recruitment regulations at any stage, such as providing false information, forging documents, or cheating, his/her examination, physical examination, psychological test, inspection, and employment qualifications will be cancelled.

(ii) the written test, interview time and related precautions will be notified via the mobile phone number or sms filled in when applying for the position. applicants should keep their mobile phones open. if they cannot be contacted due to poor communication, they will be responsible for it.

(iii) during the recruitment period, if applicants decide to withdraw voluntarily, please be sure to communicate in a timely manner to avoid affecting the normal progress of the recruitment process.
