as a key industry in beijing, the professional technology and high-skilled digital talents of intelligent networked vehicles are highly favored. the median salary of autonomous driving r&d engineers and new energy vehicle engineers exceeds 28,000 yuan/month, and the salary of hot recruitment positions such as internet of vehicles test engineers and battery algorithm engineers exceeds 24,000 yuan/month. as a new digital profession announced by the ministry of human resources and social security in may, the median salary of intelligent networked vehicle testers, intelligent networked vehicle assembly and operation and maintenance personnel, and intelligent manufacturing system operation and maintenance personnel all exceed 10,000 yuan.
