chaoyang district 2024 second half public institutions open recruitment announcement
in accordance with the spirit of the "notice on issuing the implementation opinions on strengthening the construction of personnel teams in chaoyang district's public institutions" (beijing chaorenfa [2021] no. 14) and the "implementation rules for public recruitment of staff in chaoyang district's public institutions" (chao renshefa [2021] no. 15), in order to meet the needs of public institutions to supplement personnel and continuously optimize the structure of public institution personnel, the public recruitment of public institutions in the second half of 2024 is now underway. a total of 84 public institutions participated in this recruitment, recruiting 125 people. the relevant matters are announced as follows:
1. recruitment targets and conditions
1. recruitment targets
graduates of the class of 2024 from beijing (including unemployed graduates of the classes of 2022 and 2023) or social personnel with a permanent residence in beijing (settled up to and including august 29, 2024).
(ii) recruitment conditions
1. support the leadership of the communist party of china, love socialism, abide by laws and regulations, have good conduct, and observe civic ethics.
2. fresh graduates must be included in the national unified enrollment plan, not belong to targeted or commissioned training, have no labor (employment, employment) relationship with any unit during the period of studying for the highest academic degree, and obtain the corresponding academic degree on time.
3. have physical conditions suitable for the job requirements.

ii. recruitment procedures and requirements

this registration will be done online.
from 9:00 on september 2, 2024 to 16:00 on september 6, 2024, applicants can log in to the unified identity authentication system of the chaoyang district human resources and social security bureau (url: https://chyrlsbj.bjchy.gov.cn/, both new and old candidates must register and log in). in the business service module, click "exam registration management system", register according to the system prompts within the specified registration time, fill in the relevant information completely and truthfully, upload a recent one-inch bareheaded id photo, and print the registration form.
(ii) preliminary qualification review
from 9:00 on september 2, 2024 to 16:00 on september 6, 2024, each recruiting unit will conduct an online preliminary review of the basic information of applicants. during the preliminary review of qualifications, applicants must check the online review status in a timely manner. if you have any questions, you can contact the recruiting unit for consultation.
3. printing the admission ticket
the written test is scheduled to be held on september 22, 2024. applicants who have passed the preliminary review by the recruiting unit can log in to the chaoyang district human resources and social security bureau's unified identity authentication system (website: https://chyrlsbj.bjchy.gov.cn/) from september 20 to 21, click on the "exam registration management system", and print the admission ticket.
(iv) written test on basic public skills
applicants shall take the public basic competence written test with their admission ticket, id card and other relevant materials. the written test for public institutions will be organized by the district human resources and social security bureau. the form and content of the written test can refer to the "outline of the public basic competence written test for public institutions in beijing (trial)" (downloadable from the website of the beijing municipal human resources and social security bureau, url: http://rsj.beijing.gov.cn/ywsite/bjpta/kszl/zsyd/). this recruitment does not specify any tutoring books, and does not hold or entrust any institution to hold exam tutoring training courses.
5. determine the qualifying score and shortlisted candidates
the passing score for the written test of public basic abilities is 60 points. applicants whose written test scores meet the passing score will enter the interview in a ratio of 1:3 between each recruitment position and the number of shortlisted candidates (in order from high to low scores).
(vi) results query

7. psychological assessment and qualification review
the district human resources and social security bureau will organize all recruiting units to conduct psychological assessment and qualification review of the shortlisted candidates. the psychological assessment results will not be included in the test scores. those who fail the qualification review will be disqualified from the interview. if the number of qualified candidates does not meet the required ratio for the interview, each recruiting unit should fill the gap in the interview in order from the highest to the lowest written test scores among the qualified candidates for the same position. candidates participating in the qualification review must provide the following materials:
fresh graduates are required to provide originals and copies of application form (with their signature), id card, household registration booklet, employment recommendation form (must be stamped by the school-level employment department and indicate the training method), academic certificate (must be a graduation certificate), degree certificate and other relevant materials.
social personnel are required to provide originals and copies of relevant materials such as the registration form (with their own signature), id card, household registration booklet, academic certificate (must be a graduation certificate), degree certificate, professional title certificate, labor contract, social security payment record, etc.
psychological assessment and qualification review related matters can be found on the chaoyang district government website of beijing (public notices under "personnel information") and the chaoyang district human resources and social security bureau wechat public account "chaoyang human resources and social security". the recruiting unit will notify the shortlisted candidates to undergo on-site qualification review. candidates participating in the qualification review must bring relevant materials and go to the designated location for qualification review as required by the recruiting unit.
(viii) interview
candidates who pass the qualification review and enter the scope of this recruitment interview will participate in the structured interview organized by the district human resources and social security bureau or the professional interview organized by the recruiting unit. the passing score for the interview is 60 points. for details on the structured interview, please refer to the chaoyang district government website of beijing ("public announcement" in "personnel information") and the chaoyang district human resources and social security bureau wechat public account "chaoyang human resources and social security". the recruiting unit will notify the applicants of the professional interview.
the interview results will be announced on the chaoyang district government website of beijing ("public announcements" in "human resources information") and the chaoyang district human resources and social security bureau's wechat public account "chaoyang human resources and social security". candidates must pay attention to it in time.
9. determine the list of candidates for physical examination
the recruiting unit will determine the list of candidates for the physical examination in the order of their comprehensive scores from high to low, with a 1:1 ratio between the recruitment positions and the candidates to be admitted. the calculation method for the comprehensive scores of the recruitment positions is as follows: the public basic ability written test and the interview scores each account for 50%, and the public basic ability written test and interview scores are converted to percentages.
10. physical examination
the district human resources and social security bureau will uniformly organize physical examinations for candidates to be hired by each recruiting unit. the physical examination standards will be implemented in accordance with the "general standards for physical examination for civil servant recruitment (trial)". the physical examination fees will be borne by the applicants themselves. the time and location of the physical examination can be found on the chaoyang district government website of beijing ("public announcements" in the "human resources information") and the chaoyang district human resources and social security bureau's wechat public account "chaoyang renshe".
the physical examination is conducted in designated medical and health institutions. if the applicant has any questions about the results of the physical examination, he/she may apply for a re-examination and go to the designated medical institution for a re-examination. the results of the physical examination shall be based on the conclusion of the re-examination.
11. investigation
the recruiting unit will conduct an examination on the applicants who have passed the physical examination.
(xii) publicity
the qualified candidates will be announced on the chaoyang district government website (public notices in the “personnel information”) and the chaoyang district human resources and social security bureau wechat public account “chaoyang human resources and social security” for 7 working days. any objections during the announcement period will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
13. handling employment formalities
the district human resources and social security bureau and the recruiting unit will review the qualifications of the candidates by reviewing the personnel files and related materials, and will handle the employment procedures for qualified candidates. the candidates should cooperate with the recruiting unit to handle the employment procedures within 1 month after the expiration of the public announcement period. if the candidates fail to handle the employment procedures within the deadline due to their own reasons, they will be deemed to have voluntarily waived their employment qualifications.
personnel recruited through public recruitment shall be subject to a probationary period as stipulated. personnel who fail the assessment during or after the probationary period or are found to have concealed their pre-employment medical history and whose physical conditions do not meet the job requirements will not be hired.
3. notes
(1) applicants can only apply for one position in one public institution listed in the "announcement on open recruitment of public institutions in chaoyang district, beijing in the second half of 2024".
(2) applicants who are spouses, direct blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations, or close relatives by marriage with the person in charge of the employing unit shall not apply for secretary, personnel, finance, discipline inspection and other positions in the unit.
(iii) applicants whose disciplinary sanctions have not yet been lifted or who are currently under disciplinary review, whose criminal punishment has not yet expired, or who are suspected of committing a crime and are currently under investigation are not eligible to apply.
(iv) applicants must provide complete, true and valid personal information as well as certificates, documents and other relevant materials. anyone who provides false information or forges relevant materials will be disqualified from the application immediately upon discovery. those who have completed the employment procedures will be notified immediately and their employment qualifications will be revoked. they will not be allowed to participate in the chaoyang district public institution open recruitment examination within five years and will bear the corresponding legal responsibilities.
(v) anyone who has committed serious disciplinary violations or irregularities in the past during the chaoyang district public institution open recruitment examination shall be prohibited from participating in the chaoyang district public institution open recruitment examination within five years in accordance with the "regulations on the handling of disciplinary violations in public institution open recruitment" (order no. 35 of the ministry of human resources and social security).
(vi) applicants must carefully read the relevant contents of the “personal integrity statement” column of the application form and write their own names in the “signature” column.
