The Yishui County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau has innovatively implemented the "smart supervision" model, connecting the monitoring equipment of key areas of production and business units such as catering companies and school canteens to the Internet supervision platform to monitor the production and processing processes of relevant units in real time. Law enforcement personnel can implement all-weather remote monitoring and supervision through the monitoring platform, promptly discover and eliminate food safety hazards, and promote the construction of food safety gridding and "Internet + open kitchens and stoves".
In recent years, Shandong has started from solving food safety issues that concern the public, and has used the construction of a "smart supervision" system for food safety as a starting point to create a "smart brain" for food safety supervision, exploring new paths to protect "tongue safety" from the source to the table.

Zhu Xiaoxian said that the "Internet + Bright Kitchen" platform uses big data algorithms to automatically and accurately capture irregular behaviors in school cafeterias, and staff can view monitoring information at any time. Through the continuous updating and iteration of the algorithm, parents of students can always understand the quality of their children's meals, and can also see online whether the canteen kitchen staff are wearing work clothes and masks, and whether the food processing process complies with catering operation specifications.
With the continuous optimization and in-depth application of the "Internet + Bright Kitchen" platform, the Linqing Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau is gradually building an all-round, three-dimensional food safety smart supervision system. Anqiu City regards the quality and safety of agricultural products as the "lifeline" of agricultural development. Based on the growing market demand for ecological agricultural products and the advantages of the ecological environment, it adheres to the direction of green agricultural development, takes the ecological transformation and upgrading of agriculture as an important path, and innovatively establishes ecological standards, smart supervision, and circular agricultural development mechanisms to comprehensively improve the supply level of safe and high-quality agricultural products.
"Every agricultural product leaving Anqiu can be traced back through the smart platform."
