Since its establishment, the transport company where Si Xuyang works has been driving safely for 41 consecutive years, covering more than 16 million kilometers, and has won the second-class collective merit 5 times and the third-class collective merit 16 times. In view of the high safety risks of long-distance transportation, the great psychological pressure on drivers, and the unpredictable road conditions, they carried out targeted psychological adjustment and counseling for the drivers before carrying out the mission, and strengthened the psychological quality of the officers and soldiers. Tian Zhen introduced that they insisted on changing the previous requirements that drivers only needed to drive, maintain and perform simple repairs to a higher level of handling special situations and solving problems. They established a car simulation cab, including VR simulation driving, vehicle assembly simulation, and regulatory learning platforms, simulating various special situation faults under multiple driving modes, so that drivers can master the judgment and handling methods of special situations and dangerous situations.
The battlefield environment in the future will be complex and harsh, and it is easy to encounter emergencies such as tire blowouts, artillery interceptions, and harassment by enemy spies during missions. The company also combines various exercise drills with special situations such as vehicle damage, enemy attacks, and crossing contaminated areas, forcing drivers to continuously improve their comprehensive skills and ensure that the vehicle can rescue itself when encountering "special situations" while performing missions.
In view of the uneven technical skills of the driving team, the company explored and formed a tiered teaching and training model with face-to-face theory, hands-on practice, and one-on-one solution to difficult problems. On the basis of strengthening basic subject training, it added complex roads such as crater roads, wading roads, and narrow roads to make up for the professional and technical shortcomings of drivers while further honing their strong psychological qualities.

In recent years, the company has explored and optimized the specific work of loading, transporting, unloading and other links according to the characteristics of different types of transportation and complex environments, sorted out the key points of safe driving in 5 categories and more than 10 types of road conditions, refined and summarized more than 50 safe driving guidelines, and formed a set of various types of transportation safety management models, which greatly improved the safety factor of driving in harsh environments and complex road conditions.
