[Global Network Technology Comprehensive Report] Audi's new mid-to-large pure electric sedan A6 e-tron made its global debut on July 31. This launch not only launched two models, the A6 e-tron and the S6 e-tron, but also provided two body styles, the Sportback coupe and the Avant station wagon, respectively, bringing consumers a variety of choices.

As the second model of the PPE pure electric platform shared with Porsche, the Audi A6 e-tron has disruptive significance in the field of electric vehicles, and its three-electric system has been comprehensively optimized.

In terms of exterior design, the Audi A6 e-tron is significantly different from the fuel-powered Audi models. Although it retains Audi's iconic big mouth design, it adopts a closed shape and is matched with all-black front surround trims, which makes the overall look more technological. The new car also uses split headlights. The upper LED daytime running lights are composed of many luminous lamp beads, which can display 8 different styles when lit. The lower LED matrix headlights are integrated with the black surround trims.

The side of the car body shows the posture of a sports coupe, and uses recessed electric door handles, which is different from the hidden handles of other car companies. In addition, the new car also introduces electronic rearview mirrors, and the Audi logo in the middle of the vehicle wheel can be rotated, further enhancing the vehicle's sense of technology.

At the rear, the Audi A6 e-tron uses a through-type taillight design with 8 styles to choose from. When the vehicle encounters an accident or a breakdown, the taillights can display warning symbols, providing additional protection for driving safety.

In terms of interior, the Audi A6 e-tron is also stunning. It adopts the latest design language of the Audi family. The instrument panel and central control screen are curved towards the driver, while the passenger entertainment screen is independent. The sizes of the three screens are 11.9 inches, 14.5 inches and 10.9 inches respectively. With the electronic rearview mirror display screens on the left and right sides, there are a total of 5 screens in the front row, providing the ultimate visual experience for the driver and passengers.

The car is also equipped with an AR-HUD head-up display system, four-zone automatic air conditioning and a Bang & Olufsen brand audio system with headrest speakers. The audio system has a total of 20 speakers and the power of the entire vehicle audio system reaches 830 watts, providing immersive auditory enjoyment for drivers and passengers.

In terms of suspension, the Audi A6 e-tron is equipped with dynamic suspension and optional adaptive air suspension. This design can raise or lower the chassis height according to the dynamics of the vehicle body, further improving the driving stability and comfort of the vehicle.

In terms of power, the battery pack capacity of Audi A6 e-tron reaches 100kWh. Among them, the range of A6 Sportback e-tron exceeds 750km, while the range of A6 Avant e-tron exceeds 720km. The maximum power of the motor is 270 kilowatts, and it adopts rear-wheel drive. It only takes 5.4 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100km/h. The maximum speed of the performance model can reach 210km/h.

As for the Audi S6 e-tron, its motor has a maximum power of 370 kilowatts, and in a specific mode, the maximum power can reach 405 kilowatts, which makes the S6 e-tron accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds, and the maximum speed reaches 240 km/h.

In terms of charging, the Audi A6 e-tron has a maximum charging power of 270 kW. It can travel 310 km in just 10 minutes. It only takes 21 minutes to charge from 10% SOC to 80%. Even at a 400V charging station, the 800V battery can be divided into two battery packs for parallel charging, with a maximum charging power of 135 kW.

According to Audi's plan, the Audi A6 e-tron will also be produced in China. It is expected that the body will be lengthened and localized upgrades will be made in terms of intelligence and smart driving to meet the needs of Chinese consumers.
