china news service, september 23 (reporter zhang nigecheng) autonomous driving, intelligent unmanned flying, card issuing robots... in september, a number of scientific and technological achievements in the field of transportation were unveiled at the 16th international transportation technology and equipment exhibition in beijing shougang park. against the backdrop of an industrial style with a sense of age, the audience stopped to watch the "black technology" and lamented that smart transportation has arrived.
this year's exhibition has five exhibition areas: infrastructure interconnection, stable and smooth logistics supply chain, travel services and safety emergency, green transportation and energy transformation, "road-air integration" and smart transportation. of course, all the exhibitions are centered around eight words: people enjoy their travel and goods flow smoothly.

"smart highways must be able to provide services to c-end users, making travel safer and more convenient for highway users. this is the purpose of smart highways."
zhao yandong, chairman of zhiluyun transportation technology co., ltd., said in an interview with reporters at the exhibition that smart roads provide users on the road with beyond-visual-range perception capabilities. behind this, there must be a comprehensive road brain that has data carrying, analysis and decision-making capabilities while receiving information, so as to provide better service capabilities. at the same time, smart roads need to have the ability to perceive abnormalities involving road facility conditions, road operating conditions and road operating environments, and this comprehensive perception system must be low-cost and high-coverage before it can be promoted.
zhao yandong said that currently smart travel is divided into many levels. domestic navigation software is very well developed and can meet general travel service needs, but in the future it will need to develop into more intelligent travel services in professional departments.
"for example, when we go out and find that the road section on the navigation software shows 'red', we also need to know why it turns red and how to plan the route. should we re-select the route or continue driving? at the same time, the highway department must promptly inform users on the road of hidden dangers and risks, such as road breaks and slope collapse, as soon as possible based on timely perception. greater safety and efficiency are higher intelligent requirements for highways."
at the lalamove booth, the relevant person in charge introduced the results of the combination of technology and logistics. "we have installed the anxinla system on tens of thousands of trucks. it is a system that combines camera collection and ai technology. it can collect the status of cargo boxes in real time throughout the entire process of cargo transportation."
he said that the anxinla system can monitor the driver's status and the status outside the vehicle. once the cargo is at risk or the driver exhibits dangerous driving behavior, it can identify it promptly and accurately, and give the driver timely reminders to ensure safe transportation.
at the exhibition, the integrated development of smart transportation and low-altitude economy also attracted attention.
he tianxing, vice president of ehang intelligent, said that transportation and logistics will be the core direction for the low-altitude economy to move towards a trillion-dollar market. ehang's independently developed unmanned manned aircraft will be used in aerial tours, city sightseeing, transportation connections, emergency rescue and other scenarios, forming a new low-altitude scene ecology and giving birth to a new business model of "air taxis".
"it is expected that in the next two to three years, you will be able to book an 'air taxi' by taking out your mobile phone, and the 30-kilometer 'air living circle' will also enter the lives of ordinary people."
he tianxing believes that the low-altitude economy will not only bring about a transportation revolution and an industrial revolution, but also a revolution in cities and a revolution in the living environment. (end)
