4. dezhou city, shandong province pilots the creation of “food safety sentinel”.relying on social supervision forces such as food delivery riders, we organized and launched a "take-and-shoot" campaign to stop food waste, focusing on solving food waste behaviors in areas such as food delivery ordering, wedding banquets, and buffets. we carefully selected outstanding food delivery riders to serve as "food safety supervisors", and took advantage of the professional advantages of food delivery riders who frequently entered and exited catering stores, giving full play to the role of "mobile probes", and immediately took photos of restaurants that did not post anti-waste signs, induced excessive ordering, set minimum consumption, etc., and sent them to the reporting platform. the local market supervision bureau followed up, verified and dealt with them according to law, forcing companies to consciously abide by various anti-food waste regulations.

5. haikou city, hainan province will build a demonstration business district to prevent food waste.with the concept of "sharing party building positions, sharing resources, solving problems together, and developing win-win", we will promote the construction of 7 business districts to stop food waste demonstration business districts. we will actively play the role of the party branch as a fighting fortress, set up 7 party branches, absorb 7 "party building instructors", 28 "party member volunteers", set up 216 "civilized volunteer supervisors", explore the "party building + food safety supervision" model into the business district, adopt the "law enforcement inspection + publicity" method to jointly carry out 56 anti-food waste inspections, discover and urge rectification of 336 problems, carry out 21 rounds of thematic lectures on stopping food waste, and promote the anti-food waste law and other laws and regulations to be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. at the same time, we will actively open up channels for mass supervision and party member supervision, encourage citizens and party members to take photos, increase the exposure of wasteful behaviors, help create advanced anti-food waste business districts, and promote the construction of safe consumption brands in the free trade port.
