chen guanhua, general manager of ant insurance, said that the "ant bridge" platform, built on the basis of big models and financial intelligent technology, can solve users' insurance service questions in a hierarchical manner, allowing users who want to take out insurance to enjoy professional services close to "one-to-one" and buy the right insurance products clearly.
according to him, "ant bridge" has three types of capabilities. the first is intelligent clues. now, more than 10 million real-time user clues are captured by "ant bridge" per month. the second is intelligent scheduling capability, which can capture in real time what problems users are encountering. the third is "intelligent cockpit". it is expected that through "ant bridge", the original best-performing agents, who may account for only 1%, can achieve 95 points. it may not be possible for everyone to achieve 95 points, but it is hoped that through scale, it can be raised to more than 85 points.
