At the time of the collision, the data from the national monitoring platform was missing, and the small battery was already in a power-off state. We cannot confirm whether the electrodes were locked in accordance with the standard when the small battery was powered on again during this process, nor can we rule out the possibility that the small battery was powered off after the collision due to improper assembly.
