On August 7, with the slow start of the drilling rig, the first station building pile of the LWZF-2 project of the new Liuwu Railway, invested and constructed by Guangxi Communications Investment Group and undertaken by China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd., was successfully tested, marking the beginning of the construction of the Guiping North Station building.
Guiping North Station is an intermediate station on the newly built Liuzhou-Wuzhou-Guangzhou railway Liuzhou-Wuzhou section. It is located in Heyi Village, Jintian Town, Guiping City, Guigang City, Guangxi, with a total construction area of 7957.06m2. Because it is located in the southeast of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, it is prone to floods and heavy rains in summer. Since the project entered the site, it has actively overcome difficult factors such as high temperature in summer, flood drainage, etc., carefully organized and scientifically arranged, and actively communicated and coordinated with the company, design, supervision, local government and other units, and successively overcame the difficulties of large power use, personnel and equipment entering the site, etc., creating good conditions for opening the on-site construction work surface.
The first pile foundation drilled this time is a test pile, with a designed pile length of 14 meters and a pile diameter of 0.7 meters, and is constructed using a rotary drill. In order to ensure the smooth drilling of the first pile, the project department set up a leadership group with the project manager as the team leader, made overall planning, prepared detailed construction plans, operation instructions and emergency plans, scientifically allocated construction resources, and trained management personnel and operators in multiple aspects and frequencies from management systems, technical plans, process flows, safety management, etc., to ensure that project management personnel and operators are proficient in construction technology.
In order to create a green project, during the pile foundation construction process, the project adopts an "integrated environmentally friendly purification circulation mud system". Through the "multiple" treatment of the feeding system, separation system, slag discharge system and drainage system, the water separated from the system can meet the discharge standard or be recycled, and the separated "mud cake" can be backfilled and reused. It not only effectively solves the problem of environmental pollution in pile foundation construction, but also greatly reduces the project construction cost and labor consumption, achieving the goal of "green and efficient".
The successful drilling of the pile foundation played the role of first-piece calibration and model guidance, accumulating experience for the subsequent pile foundation construction of the project, and also played an important role in improving the morale of project participants and accelerating the construction of the project. Next, the project department will take the successful drilling of the first pile as an opportunity to carry forward the pioneering spirit, focus on efficiency improvement, strictly control safety and quality, and strive to successfully complete various annual construction and production tasks with greater enthusiasm, higher morale, and more solid style.
It is understood that the Liuwu Railway is 238.167 kilometers long. The line starts from Jinde Station of Hunan-Guangxi Railway, passes through Liuzhou, Laibin, Guigang and Wuzhou, and connects to Wuzhou Station of Yizhan Railway. It is an important part of Liuzhou-Guangzhou Railway. It is an important conventional railway channel from the southwest region to the Pearl River Delta in the national "Medium- and Long-term Railway Network Planning". It is a regional trunk railway that takes both passengers and freight into consideration. After the project is completed, it will be of great significance to further improve the regional railway network, expand the fast channel for Guangxi and the southwest region to integrate into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area through Wuzhou, and promote the coordinated development of the regional economy.
