After unremitting efforts, the team not only successfully completed the core hardware design of the prototype, but also independently built the body structure. Xiaomi Motors said that the successful development of the SU7 Ultra prototype is one of the important results of the company's insistence on independent research and development and innovation.

In terms of core hardware, the SU7 Ultra prototype is equipped with the V8s super motor independently developed by Xiaomi Auto, which has a high speed of 27,200 rpm and a maximum horsepower of 1,548, providing strong power support for the vehicle. At the same time, the vehicle also uses a dedicated 1,330kW high-power discharge battery to ensure the dual guarantee of cruising range and acceleration performance. In terms of body structure, the SU7 Ultra prototype adopts a full carbon fiber design, with 100% of the body panels made of carbon fiber. This design not only greatly reduces the weight of the body (the weight of the whole vehicle is reduced to 1900kg), but also significantly improves the vehicle's handling and safety.
