in the digital era, digital transformation and upgrading of transportation infrastructure has become a general trend. li yang introduced that taking highways and waterways as an example, starting from this year, it will take about three years to support about 30 regions and build a number of integrated channels and networks, striving to promote about 85% of busy national highways, about 25% of busy ordinary national highways and about 70% of important national high-level waterways have achieved digital transformation and upgrade. recently, eight regions including beijing, jiangsu, and zhejiang have become the first batch of regions to be included in the scope of support.
