zhang xiaoyuan:i learned how to cook hotpot and cold dishes in chongqing, and after returning to northeast china, i also opened cold dishes and barbecue restaurants. this time i came to chongqing, i was unfamiliar with the place, so i started from catering. at first, i opened a barbecue restaurant near gate 1 of southwest university, and some students suggested opening one at gate 2, and i agreed.

this shop has been open for four or five months. my friend said there were seven barbecue restaurants downstairs and suggested changing to one. i thought about it. i love spicy hot pot and it is easy to learn, so i changed to spicy hot pot. the previous barbecue restaurant is still there and the business is good, but the spicy hot pot restaurant is not doing well. i usually get up at 8 o'clock and work until 22 o'clock. i go home when the school is on vacation, but i don't give up my work in the rescue team. i work online a lot. if there happens to be an event when i go home, i will go if i can catch it.
