he said that behind the industry's ceiling-level parameters is the multi-level and multi-dimensional innovative technological design of catl's tianxing (b)-bus version battery.
on the one hand, the catl tianxing (b)-bus version battery improves the stacking density on a macro level to maximize the use of space, while improving the lithium ion activation rate and energy conduction efficiency on a micro level, solving the dual problems of long life and long endurance of bus power batteries; on the other hand, thanks to the complementary high-energy-density, low-lithium-consumption graphite, the exclusive additive molecule design of the highly stable interface electrolyte, and the precise film-forming technology, the battery effectively improves the life of the battery cell, allowing new energy buses to achieve "same life for the vehicle and the battery".
in terms of battery safety, considering that buses, especially buses, are prone to extreme environments such as heavy rain and urban waterlogging, the catl tianxing (b)-bus version battery has further improved its waterproof capability to ip69 level, which can withstand up to 72 hours of water immersion. in addition, the battery has also made a more innovative design at the battery management system level, introducing a 24-hour intelligent safety monitoring system, which means that whether the vehicle is in operation or not, catl's safety protection is always online.
