the 9th beijing october literature month is one of the supporting activities of the 2024 beijing cultural forum, hosted by the publicity department of the beijing municipal committee and other units, supported by the china writers association and the china book review society, and hosted by the beijing publishing group. this year's literature month is themed "literature embraces the times and reading illuminates life". from now until mid-october, it will collaborate with hot literary check-in spots, specialty bookstores, schools, and cultural spaces in beijing's "16+1" districts, link up with tianjin and hebei, and set up a branch venue in shanghai for the first time.
