On August 19, commissioned by the leaders of Shunde Vocational and Technical College (hereinafter referred to as "Shunde Vocational and Technical College"), the head of the Shunde Vocational and Technical College's School of Cooking and a team of professional teachers traveled to Bangkok, Thailand, and held a plaque-hanging ceremony for the "Cantonese Chef College" with the president of Jiralda Technical College and other leaders.
During the event, Chitralada Institute of Technology handed over a precious calligraphy inscribed by the founder of the institute, Princess Sirindhorn, "Ji Shun Mian Chang", wishing that the cooperation between Chitralada Institute of Technology and Shunzhi Vocational College would last forever. This gift not only reflects the deep friendship of Thailand, but also is a good wish for the future cooperation between the two schools.
At the same time, the head of the cooking school gave back a set of carefully compiled bilingual teaching materials for Cantonese cooking. The teaching materials not only contain rich Cantonese cultural knowledge, but also incorporate modern cooking techniques, providing valuable resources for the teaching exchanges between the two sides.
Subsequently, the two sides held a special seminar for international students and exchange students to further refine the specific operational details of the exchange program between the two schools. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on teacher-student exchanges, curriculum settings, academic seminars, etc., ensuring the smooth implementation and long-term development of the project.
Through this international exchange activity, the friendship and cooperation between Shunde Polytechnic and Thailand's Chitralada Institute of Technology have been further deepened. Both parties expressed that they will take this event as an opportunity to continue to strengthen exchanges and cooperation, jointly promote the innovative development of culinary education, and make greater contributions to cultivating more outstanding culinary talents and inheriting and promoting Chinese food culture. At the same time, the two schools will use the internationalization of culinary majors as a breakthrough point to further carry out international exchanges and talent training cooperation in photovoltaics, automobiles, intelligent manufacturing and other related majors.
