A total of 36 primary and secondary school teachers and deputy principals in charge of physics, chemistry, biology, science, and information technology from all over the district participated in the training to jointly explore new models of scientific education and teaching.
This training was hosted by the Wulingyuan District Education Bureau, and invited six people including Li Keqin, a science education expert from the Municipal Institute of Education and Science, and Qu Fujian, a well-known science teacher from Zhangjiajie No. 1 Middle School, to conduct special training. This training focused on the central theme of "stimulating students' innovative potential and cultivating future scientific and technological elites". Through professional lectures, on-site observations, practical operations, experience sharing, etc., the trainees were trained in remote control car models, remote control football cars, drone competitions, robot programming, ship model water football, scientific inventions and creations, and campus science and technology activities. There were not only policy interpretations and analysis of the development of events, but also specific event introductions and practical demonstrations.

The training activities were well received by all trainees. This training is an important measure for the Wulingyuan District Education Bureau to implement the "Three-Year Action Plan for Science Education in Primary and Secondary Schools (2024-2026)". It has brought new perspectives to primary and secondary school science teachers across the district and injected new vitality into promoting the high-quality development of Wulingyuan's science education.
