Since the Dongcheng District Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Court took the lead in establishing a "one-stop" mediation center for labor and personnel disputes in March this year, it has actively explored efficient, low-cost and enforceable solutions to resolve labor disputes, and provided a replicable and popularizable "Dongcheng experience" for grassroots social governance.

Continuously improve the mediation organization network to cover streets, business districts, parks, and enterprises, and establish industry-specific professional mediation organizations to form a diversified dispute resolution system with grassroots linkage, step-by-step mediation, and closed-loop management. Through daily scheduling, monthly notifications, quarterly assessments, etc., strengthen analysis, judgment, and follow-up supervision to ensure smooth work linkage and efficient dispute mediation.
