Leju Finance Li Lan On August 1, according to the official Weibo of Hong Kong Airland Mattress, Airland Group recently discovered that many stores on the market are selling mattress products with the "Airland Jasmine" logo, which seriously infringes on Airland Group's exclusive right to use its registered trademark and seriously damages the company's interests and the rights of consumers.

Airland Group said that in response to the above infringement, after multiple investigations and evidence collection by Airland's special anti-counterfeiting and rights protection team and authoritative institutions, it was found that "Airland Jasmine" products were produced by Mayue Company, Fanzu Yanmeng Company, Kalan Company, etc., with a large scale of production and sales. Airland Group resolutely cracked down on this and filed a civil lawsuit against the six defendants involved in the case. The case was finally judged by the Foshan Intermediate People's Court, ordering the defendants involved to stop trademark infringement and awarding compensation of up to 550,000 yuan.

In addition, in recent infringement cases investigated, Airland Group discovered that manufacturers such as "Yalan Jasmine", "Yajulan" and "Yaqilan" used similar trademarks in an irregular manner, making their logos similar to the Airland Group trademarks. The total number of cases was nearly 400, of which more than 200 were collected for evidence, more than 70 were filed, and more than 30 were tried in court, involving an amount of more than 14 million yuan.

Airland Group reminds consumers that every Airland product has a quality identity card - a care label. This care label has an anti-counterfeiting query function, and users can complete the authenticity inspection through the designated number on the care label.

On the Black Cat Complaint Platform, Airland Mattress has received a total of 219 complaints, 89 of which have been completed. The complaints involve product quality and service, etc.

A consumer complained that the Airland coconut palm latex mattress he bought from the Airland self-operated store on JD.com was of poor quality and gradually turned into cash within a year. "I complained to the customer service, who asked me to turn the mattress over regularly, but they used all kinds of excuses and Tai Chi techniques to fool the customer, and it took more than half a year."

In early July, another consumer complained that he spent a total of 13,000 yuan to buy a mattress and electric bed frame from Airland Mattress in Shenzhen Wanzhongcheng Home Furnishing Store. In less than half a month, the electric bed frame broke down. Airland staff came to check and said they needed to replace a capacitor, but more than a month later, it had not been replaced.
