On the technical level, NI has integrated static perception, dynamic perception, and time series fusion. Without relying on lidar or binocular cameras, Nullmax can perform obstacle detection and 3D reconstruction through pure vision, and through real-time generation of local maps combined with basic navigation, it can achieve true map-free applications that do not rely on high-precision maps, light maps, low-precision maps, or crowdsourced maps.

This enables Nullmax's solution to support full-scenario applications with lower computing power requirements. Sparse computing power of less than 100T is sufficient to achieve full-scenario navigation assisted driving.

At the same time, Nullmax has built a data platform and an algorithm platform. Based on real data, Nullmax generates virtual data through AIGC to accelerate model development and iteration.

Through multimodal input tokenization, multimodal model reasoning and autonomous driving function integration, as well as MaxOS platform scheduling, Nullmax's algorithm platform can support a variety of vehicle models, adapt to different numbers of sensors, and is easy to deploy.

Some media asked Xu Lei what the advantages of Nullmax are compared with other suppliers. Xu Lei said that Nullmax's solution can be adapted to more chips, and this solution does not require lidar or high-precision maps to be used, which is an obvious difference.

In terms of cost, Xu Lei said that in NI technology, the main cost is the camera and a low or medium computing power platform that is not too expensive. If calculated based on a computing power platform of tens of terabytes, the cost is definitely less than a few thousand yuan, and the number of sensors is definitely very low.
