recently, the united nations educational, scientific and cultural organization (unesco) held its annual conference event "digital learning week" at its headquarters in paris. the alibaba cloud junior cloud team was invited to share alibaba's green and low-carbon progress, as well as the practice and thinking of using cloud computers and ai big models to promote the digitalization and sustainable development of rural education in china. this is the second consecutive year that the junior cloud team has participated in the conference, and it is also the only chinese education technology charity project invited to participate.

ai cloud computers based on elastic computing are one of the representative technologies that support the sustainable development of education. through alibaba cloud's self-developed shadowless ai cloud computer solution, a screen can be used to access a cloud supercomputer with ever-changing performance, no maintenance, and safe and stable. this will make the school's computer classroom a hub for the gathering of scientific and technological resources and a window to connect to cutting-edge technology. at the same time, the power consumption of a shadowless cloud computer is about 1/4 of that of a traditional computer.
at the unesco conference, huang guijing also demonstrated the latest features of ai teacher "xiaoying". it has functions such as digital human encyclopedia question and answer, lesson plan design, courseware design, and learning situation analysis, which can reduce the burden on teachers and increase efficiency, so that educational resources can be better used by teachers and students with the support of artificial intelligence. in the future, through cooperation with education departments, wuying will develop more large-scale model education applications that meet local learning conditions.
