recently, some media outlets have used keywords such as "wahaha rights protection committee litigation to protect rights" and "require employees to re-sign labor contracts" to spread false information about the hangzhou wahaha group co., ltd. grassroots trade union joint committee (hereinafter referred to as the "trade union") through articles. the aforementioned media reports contain serious inaccuracies and have caused great damage to the reputation of the trade union.

this union hereby solemnly declares:

1. the trade union has never heard of any information about the "wahaha rights protection committee" and has not received any information about any lawsuit filed by the so-called "wahaha rights protection committee". the public is advised to be cautious in identifying such information.

2. according to the trade union, the internal share repurchase of the employee shareholding association of hangzhou wahaha group co., ltd. was approved by the unanimous resolution of the member representative conference. the relevant agreement was voluntarily signed by the members of the shareholding association and is legal and valid. there is no situation that harms the members of the shareholding association.

3. regarding the equity transfer of xiaoshan shunfa, according to the trade union, it was a normal change of shareholders of xiaoshan shunfa. the equity transfer was legal and valid, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and was reviewed and confirmed by the industrial and commercial authorities. there was no special reason speculated by the outside world.

4. as a mass organization of employees, the trade union always upholds the principle of respecting and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of employees and is willing to listen to the voices of employees. at present, the management and work order of the trade union are normal. if there is a dispute, the trade union is willing to resolve it through negotiation, litigation, etc., and does not want to spread negative emotions by occupying public resources, which is obviously not conducive to solving the problem.
