during the delivery phase, huolala will require drivers to take photos of the goods and upload at least one loading diagram before offline transportation, and the system will analyze the photos in real time. if the driver does not upload the correct item information when taking photos, huolala will also use the on-board iot devices installed on the vehicle to record and record the compartment conditions in real time, and conduct relevant inspections and processing of the cargo information, while protecting privacy.


afterwards, for cases where the system has popped up a window but the truck driver insisted on accepting the order, the huolala system backend will conduct manual analysis. if the suspicion of loading prohibited items is true, huolala will immediately hold the truck driver accountable and conduct corresponding control education.

"we use methods such as privacy number recording and in-vehicle iot devices to ensure that data can be acquired by the system efficiently and accurately. we then use artificial intelligence algorithms to deeply analyze recordings, pictures and other data to better obtain prohibited information. as for the drivers' prohibited behaviors, we will also properly handle them through voice exemption reminders, pop-up windows on the driver's side to force cancellation, and deducting behavior points." zhang yu introduced that huolala has established a full-link management and control process for prohibited orders from identification - recall - reminder - intervention - penalty - appeal, and realized real-time monitoring of massive orders on the platform. the recognition of prohibited pictures can be as fast as 100 milliseconds.


when talking about the next step, zhang yu said that huolala will continue to improve the safety level of cargo transportation from both technical and business aspects. in terms of technology, huolala will continue to iterate and optimize the existing algorithm technology, and for orders that the system is 100% determined to be prohibited, the system will forcibly cancel the prohibited orders.
