The Lancang County People's Armed Forces Department coordinated with the health, human resources, education, veterans and other business departments through the Lancang County Party Committee Propaganda Department to clarify the division of labor, each doing its own job, forming a joint propaganda force, actively building a military-civilian coordination mechanism, and gathering forces from all sides to jointly create a full-scale, multi-level recruitment propaganda boom. Online, we rely on the "Lahu Lancang" WeChat public account, Qicaiyun APP, radio and television, etc. to push conscription-related policies, clean conscription promotional videos and conscription work information, and use WeChat groups, grid management groups, village groups and other online platforms to actively forward conscription information. All townships and relevant units actively respond and forward simultaneously to form an effective publicity matrix.
In addition, in order to let the majority of young applicants and parents better understand clean conscription and work together to ensure clean conscription, the Lancang County Conscription Office simultaneously announced the reporting telephone number and email address for clean conscription online and offline, carried out concentrated education on clean conscription, learned the "Ten Prohibitions and Ten Strict Prohibitions" for clean conscription, signed the "Clean Conscription Commitment Letter", and organized 66 clean conscription supervisors to track and supervise the entire process, providing strong disciplinary guarantees for open and honest conscription.
According to statistics, since the start of conscription work in the second half of the year, Lancang County has carried out more than 20 conscription publicity and mobilization activities, played more than 700 propaganda films on clean conscription, and the conscription publicity and mobilization information has achieved full coverage of 2,710 villager groups in the county.
