Xu Wenguang said that in the next step, Sinopec Jinan Branch will further improve the internal reporting mechanism for accident hazards in accordance with the "Opinions on Promoting the Establishment and Improvement of the Internal Reporting Reward Mechanism for Accident Hazards in Production and Operation Units" issued by the State Council's Work Safety Committee: First, simplify and optimize the reporting channels, and encourage employees to put forward reasonable suggestions for rectification while reporting accident hazards. Second, further strengthen the application of results, draw inferences from one example to another about the problems in site management, system regulations, responsibility implementation, personnel capabilities, resource allocation, inspection and assessment, equipment facilities, and process technology, and use the data accumulated over the years, especially for technical analysis of repeated events and parts, to fully grasp the status of production operation and equipment, evaluate the weak links of production and equipment, and provide a basis for guiding production operation, device inspection and maintenance, equipment pipeline upgrades and renovations, etc. Third, through this mechanism, strengthen the awareness of safety production first, guide the implementation of safety culture, mobilize all employees to continue to show a strong sense of responsibility and execution, actively participate in the investigation and rectification of safety hazards, strengthen the construction of basic production safety capabilities, and implement the main responsibility of enterprise production safety.
