From August 16 to 17, 2024, the 4th Shenyang Intelligent Connected Vehicle Conference was grandly held in Dadong District, Shenyang. Only by generating usable and useful high-quality data can we provide accurate basis for intelligent decision-making and optimization. Usable data means that the data format is standardized, easy to process and analyze, and useful data can reflect the real traffic conditions and needs and have practical application value. It is of great significance to alleviate urban traffic congestion, reduce energy consumption, and reduce environmental pollution.
