Recently, the 2024 "Fuqi Huijiang" lecture series was held in the New Generation Industrial Park in Futian District, Shenzhen. The training was jointly conducted by the Futian District Human Resources Bureau and Shenzhen Futian Hongbo Human Resources Co., Ltd., and was conducted in a combination of offline and online methods. It aims to enhance employers' awareness of legal employment, standardize employment behavior, create a high-performance team culture, and empower future human resource management. This training attracted many corporate managers, human resources department heads, HR, labor relations managers, union management cadres, legal personnel, etc. to actively participate.

The training was divided into 6 sessions, and 6 first-class labor law experts from China and Shenzhen were invited to serve as lecturers. They focused on core topics such as labor laws and regulations in the construction field, protection of labor rights and interests of female employees and underage workers, and compliance operations in the process of termination of labor relations in enterprises, combined with typical cases in actual work, and gave in-depth and easy-to-understand explanations. The training also set up an interactive communication session, and the trainees asked the lecturers questions about the labor and employment problems they encountered in their work. Through the combination of theoretical explanations and case analysis, the trainees not only mastered the basic content of relevant laws and regulations, but also learned how to flexibly apply them in practice, effectively prevent and resolve labor disputes, and empower team culture to better build.
