By building a complete talent training system and incentive mechanism, every young person with a dream can grow and develop here. "In the past, we were a follower-type enterprise. After the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we increased our efforts in talent training. Now we have developed into an innovation-driven enterprise with more than 17,000 R&D personnel. I believe that talents are cultivated by themselves, and what enterprises need to do is to provide talents with a platform, time and direction for development.
