According to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's official website on August 12, the China Securities Regulatory Commission's Party Committee recently decided that Comrade Li Jizun will serve as the Deputy Secretary and General Manager of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Party Committee.
Prior to this, the position of general manager of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange had been vacant for more than half a year.
Previously, Sha Yan served as deputy secretary of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Party Committee and general manager. In December 2023, Sha Yan served as secretary of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Party Committee. In February this year, Sha Yan served as secretary of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Party Committee and chairman.
Li Jizun, male, Han nationality, born in September 1974, PhD in Engineering, member of the Communist Party of China.
Public data shows thatLi Jizun worked in colleges and universities, grassroots government departments, the Policy Research Office and the General Office of the Municipal Party Committee in Qingdao, Shandong Province for 10 years.
Afterwards, Li Jizun was transferred to Beijing and worked in the State Council Research Office for 12 years, successively serving in the Macroeconomic Research Department and the International Research Department.
In 2016, Li Jizun was transferred to work at the CSRC. He was first appointed as the director of the CSRC Research Center and fully participated in the work of the Marketing Department. In April 2017, he officially took office as the director of the Marketing Department (later renamed Market Department 1).
In March 2019, Li Jizun also served as the head of the newly established CSRC Deep Reform Office, leading the "general staff" of a new round of capital market reforms and taking the lead in a series of major reforms in the capital market.
Public reports show that the three years that Li Jizun served as the principal person in charge of the CSRC's Deep Reform Office were exactly the three years when the capital market promoted comprehensive and in-depth capital market reform with the registration system reform as the core.
On June 21, 2019, Li Jizun was interviewed by CCTV Finance on issues related to the Science and Technology Innovation Board.
He said that the Science and Technology Innovation Board shoulders the dual mission of supporting technological innovation and deepening capital market reform. The Science and Technology Innovation Board is not simply adding a sector, but aims to solve the difficult problems of the deep integration of finance and technology and the difficult problems of deep-level reform of the capital market.
In January 2022, Li Jizun took up his new post as Director of the General Office of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Now, Li Jizun has gone to Shenzhen to take up his new position.
Public information shows that the Shenzhen Stock Exchange began operations on December 1, 1990. It is a national securities trading venue approved by the State Council and is supervised and managed by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
