According to reports, there were many highlights at the "Job Guide Future Dream Youth" 2024 Zhenjiang Summer Talent Night Market and High-tech Enterprise Special Recruitment Conference that night. Many high-quality enterprises recruited talents on site, including 20 high-quality enterprises such as East China Electric Power, Jibei Pharmaceutical, Zhengmao Group, and Lianbo Precision Technology, including state-owned enterprises, listed companies, and high-tech enterprises represented by drug research and development, mechanical and electrical equipment manufacturing, and precision optics. Many units provide various subsidies such as scientific research funds and settling-in expenses, and are full of sincerity in recruiting talents. For young people, high-tech enterprises usually have better career development prospects and salary packages, which are more attractive. A human resources manager of a company said that due to the hot weather, compared with traditional job fairs, this "talent night market" model has shortened the distance between employers and job seekers, and the communication environment is more relaxed and efficient. At the event, party member volunteers from the Zhenjiang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau distributed policy leaflets to job seekers, explained face-to-face talent policies such as college student living allowances, rental subsidies, and housing purchase subsidies, and gave patient and detailed answers to hot issues of concern to college students, such as policy eligibility conditions and application procedures.
