"Change purse" is a kind of change exchange service for customers after putting RMB coins of certain denominations into a specific packaging bag. This service aims to meet the public's change exchange needs, especially in areas where electronic payment is difficult to cover, by providing diversified services to meet the actual needs of customers.
In order to deepen the awareness of the "Change Wallet" service among the surrounding residents, ICBC Xuzhou Taishan Branch has taken multiple measures to actively promote it. On the one hand, it makes full use of the time when customers are waiting to handle business, especially the elderly customer group, to actively introduce the "Change Wallet" service, and popularize anti-fraud knowledge to enhance customers' financial security awareness.
