on september 25, more than 700 high-quality and high-paying jobs in chengdu hi-tech zone were officially launched on the "golden panda talent" platform, recruiting more than 3,500 people, covering industrial fields such as electronic information, biomedicine, digital economy, and modern service industries, including job categories such as technology research and development, product design, market development, and financial management - 36 jobs with an annual salary of one million yuan, with the highest annual salary reaching 3 million yuan; jobs in major r&d platforms such as peking university chengdu institute of frontier interdisciplinary biotechnology and tianfu jiangxi laboratory; jobs in key enterprises such as boe, pioneer pharmaceuticals, and silicon treasure technology; and a large number of jobs for young scientific and technological talents such as doctoral and postdoctoral fellows.
chengdu hi-tech zone has always focused on enterprise growth and talent development, actively creating a world-class business environment and a talent-friendly development ecosystem. according to statistics, the total number of talents of all kinds in chengdu hi-tech zone has exceeded 800,000, and more than 2,000 high-level talents at or above the municipal level have been attracted and cultivated.
"real money" is used to support the introduction of urgently needed leading talents in scientific and technological innovation and urgently needed leading talents in industrial innovation, with a maximum support of 20 million yuan for three years. currently, 32 leading talents have been supported. for doctoral and postdoctoral talents, the province, city and district levels provide all-round policy support, with a maximum of 660,000 yuan in two years. at present, chengdu hi-tech zone has established 62 postdoctoral stations of various types, with 1,088 postdoctoral fellows on site.
focusing on cultivating market entities and stimulating market vitality and creativity, chengdu hi-tech zone will add 38,000 new enterprises by 2023. so far, there are 67 national-level science and technology innovation platforms, 65 domestic and overseas listed companies, 4,781 high-tech enterprises, 135 specialized and innovative "little giants" enterprises within the effective period, 18 enterprises with a scale exceeding 10 billion yuan, and 137 fortune 500 companies.
a full life cycle capital support service system of "funding-seed-angel-venture capital-industrial investment-mergers and acquisitions" has been established. starting from 2022, a five-year 300 billion yuan industrial fund establishment plan will be launched to continuously promote the cultivation of large-scale, multi-level fund clusters. so far, chengdu hi-tech zone has established a total of 124 funds of various types with a total scale of 265.5 billion yuan. in 2023, 152 enterprises in the zone will obtain equity financing of more than 12 billion yuan.
we will create the "golden panda talent" online talent service platform, build a comprehensive talent information service support platform around nine major services such as education, medical care, and housing, form a team of talent service specialists, and jointly build an "online + offline" full-chain talent service system to provide all-round, all-time high-quality services for talents in chengdu hi-tech zone.
this release of high-quality and high-level positions is an important part of the "chengdu talents gathering" hosted by the chengdu municipal party committee talent work leading group office. in the future, chengdu hi-tech zone will also organize employers to go to universities in beijing, shanghai and other places to recruit with relevant positions.
