"ar cargo identification" is an innovative technology independently developed by lalamove. it was publicly unveiled as early as 2020, aiming to solve the pain points of inaccurate cargo volume measurement and difficulty in vehicle model selection in traditional freight. the "ar cargo identification" demonstrated this time is a further upgrade on the previous basis. it was updated and launched again in the lalamove app in june 2024. not only has the recognition response speed been improved, but also a new vehicle model recommendation function has been added. after the measurement is completed, the results will be immediately fed back to the user, helping users to quickly understand the cargo size information and thus choose a vehicle model more reasonably.
"most traditional measurement methods rely on manual measurement, which makes it difficult to ensure high accuracy and efficiency. especially when dealing with complex shapes or bulk goods, it is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive but also prone to errors, affecting logistics efficiency and cost control. in addition to "ar cargo identification", the ai ​​safety management system on the lalamove booth also attracted the attention of many visitors. according to reports, the internet of vehicles (iot) device "anxinla" is an important part of the lalamove ai safety management system. it can collect information such as the in-vehicle environment, cargo data, and the outside environment in all directions by borrowing multiple cameras inside and outside the car, beidou satellite navigation system and other equipment, and grasp the conditions inside and outside the car in real time. at the same time, "anxinla" also has a built-in ai algorithm to identify abnormal conditions. once an abnormal situation is detected, such as driver fatigue driving, abnormal cargo status, etc., it will immediately trigger an alarm and notify relevant personnel, effectively reducing safety hazards.
in addition, by deploying an ai (artificial intelligence) prevention and control system, huolala has established a full-link control process for prohibited orders from identification-recall-reminder-intervention-penalty-appeal, and monitors the platform's massive orders in real time, with prohibited image recognition as fast as 100 milliseconds. when the ordered goods are identified by the system as dangerous prohibited items such as gasoline barrels, large and small gas cylinders, the platform will issue a reminder through the app, and the driver can cancel such orders without liability. at present, the recall rate of the vast majority of illegal target categories on the platform is higher than 90%, among which the recall rate of illegal passenger transportation and dangerous goods transportation, which is a key focus, is greater than 95%, and the safety level has been significantly improved.
