more than a decade ago, manual operations accounted for a large proportion of the process. in 2019, a brand new smart factory was built here. all processes are connected through the 5g network. from engine loading to the operation between different processes, all are automatically completed by automatic logistics vehicles and truss manipulators. the average time for each link is only 90 seconds, and the efficiency is more than 50% higher than the old production line.

standing in the workshop, the first feeling is that the constant temperature of 24℃ is extremely comfortable. in fact, the physical comfort is secondary. the most important thing is that the constant temperature can prevent the engine body and cylinder head from expanding and contracting due to temperature difference, which affects the process accuracy. another name for this workshop is "dark light factory". compared with the traditional workshops that require a lot of manpower, this workshop has realized the full process of automated production of engine cylinder blocks and cylinder heads. when operating in digital intelligent mode, it can operate safely and efficiently without turning on the lights.

in the past two years, the company has developed a hybrid electric drive continuously variable powertrain with international advanced level, which can be matched with domestic tractors with up to 400 horsepower and has realized unmanned driving, which can increase the efficiency of arable land operation by 15%, bringing my country's large agricultural machinery equipment into the new energy track. recently, the company's offshore platform high-power emergency generator set has been completed, realizing domestic substitution in the key power field of marine equipment.

the hydrogen fuel engine was born here, and the fuel cell power system was independently developed, achieving zero carbon emissions from internal combustion engines. the products here have covered nearly 100 market segments such as trucks, buses, construction machinery, ships, and power generation equipment, becoming a veritable "power supermarket."
