Not only are self-service terminals configured to enable self-service handling of high-frequency services such as inquiries and printing, but also a social security "one-stop service" window is set up to ensure "zero waiting" for consultation and "zero delay" for handling, and the business completion rate is significantly improved. At the same time, the construction of grassroots social security work stations is strengthened, and a "15-minute social security service circle" is established to sink high-frequency service items, simplify the process, and achieve "nearby handling" and "one-time handling", truly delivering social security services to the doorsteps of the masses, and effectively opening up the "last mile" of handling services. Up to now, the service window has provided help and answers, and helped and handled 220 people.
Integrate resources to make up for service "weaknesses". Start the "Internet + social security" service model, rely on the WeChat public account of "Shaya County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau", launch online services such as pension payment certificate, insurance information inquiry, survival certification, and work injury identification application, and realize the "face-to-face" service leap from "physical hall" to "palm hall". It not only breaks the limitations of time and space, allowing insured enterprises and flexible employment personnel to enjoy the convenience of handling social security business at home with just a few clicks, but also realizes zero contact, zero distance service, and zero cost for handling.
Strengthen publicity and break through information "breakpoints". To ensure that social security policies are deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, make full use of new media platforms and offline activities, and carry out social security policy publicity through multiple channels and in multiple forms. Social security information is regularly released through WeChat public accounts. In combination with special activities such as "Spring Breeze Action" and "First Lesson of Work Injury Prevention", a policy propaganda team is formed to go deep into the grassroots, interpret social security policies to the masses face to face and heart to heart, distribute publicity materials, and answer the masses' inquiries, which effectively improves the public's awareness and satisfaction.
