Taicun Garden (Phase III) where Chen Dingfang lives is a microcosm of the work of Gaoxin Park (Zouqu Town) to promote fixed-sale commercial housing. The handling of resettlement housing title certificates has always been the most concerned, most immediate and most practical interest issue for the masses. Last year, all 28 resettlement housing title certificate handling projects in Zhonglou District completed the real estate (big certificate) transfer registration work, and the Buyi Garden community project was one of them. Since the end of last year, 187 households in Buyi Garden have successively obtained real estate title certificates (small certificates) for 409 fixed-sale commercial houses.
It is understood that owners of commercial housing communities that have just been delivered, such as Taicun Garden (Phase III) and Zouxindongyuan, can now apply for real estate ownership certificates with relevant certificates.
