beijing federation of trade unions workers' university (beijing trade union cadre college) (hereinafter referred to as the "college") is a deputy-bureau-level institution directly under the beijing federation of trade unions. its main responsibilities are to promote and develop trade union cadre education, trade union cadre training, trade union theory and policy research, trade union organization consultation, and trade union employee continuing education, and to carry out relevant professional training, relevant scientific research, relevant academic exchanges, relevant higher education, and relevant continuing education.

ii. recruitment procedure
1. online registration and inquiry of qualification review results (september 25 to september 30, 2024)
all qualified graduates can log in to the "registration system for targeted selection and excellent training program" (hereinafter referred to as the "registration system", website http://rsj.beijing.gov.cn/ywsite/bjpta/) on the personnel examination channel of the beijing municipal human resources and social security bureau website from 9:00 on september 25, 2024 to 18:00 on september 29, 2024 to submit their application. the corresponding information submitted for registration must be consistent with the valid resident id card used in subsequent examinations and assessments. when registering, the application materials submitted by the candidates should be true and accurate. if false application materials are provided, the qualification to apply for the position will be cancelled once verified.
candidates are requested to log in to the registration system between september 25, 2024 and september 30, 2024 to check whether they have passed the qualification review.
(ii) written examination and results announcement (october 8 to november 17, 2024)
the college organizes qualified candidates to take a written test, and the passing score is set at 60 points. the written test questions are organized by the college. in principle, the ratio of 8:1 is used to select candidates to enter the subsequent stages. for positions that do not meet the ratio of 8:1, the actual number of candidates with scores not lower than the passing score will enter the subsequent stages.

(iii) qualification review, interview and trial lecture (november 19 to december 31, 2024)
1. qualification review
the qualification review will be organized in mid-to-late november, and the specific time will be announced together with the written test results announcement.
the qualification review will be conducted online, and candidates will submit materials for qualification review via email.
candidates must provide the online printed application form, id card and relevant grades, qualifications and qualification certificates required by the qualifications of the position they apply for to participate in the qualification review. if a candidate fails to participate in or pass the qualification review, he/she will be replaced in the order of the written test scores from high to low among the candidates who have passed the written test for the same position.
the qualification review materials mainly include: student id card, recommendation form for excellent training program, recommendation form for graduate employment with the seal of the school-level graduate employment department, certificate of "three good students" or "excellent student cadre" or "excellent student scholarship" at the school level or above, etc. candidates from beijing who are studying in colleges and universities outside beijing must bring their original household registration booklet or household registration card, and those who have returned from studying abroad and are members of the communist party of china must provide proof of the location of the party organization or unit. the specific list of materials shall be subject to the qualification review notice.
2. publish interview notice

3. interview
the interview is a semi-structured interview, which adopts a 100-point system and the passing score is 60 points.
4. trial lecture
teaching and research positions require a trial lecture. the trial lecture is scored on a 100-point scale, with a passing score of 60 points. the content of the trial lecture is selected by the interviewee based on the major he/she has studied. the college will formulate a scoring standard, which includes a 15-minute on-site trial lecture and a 15-minute defense.
5. announcement of comprehensive results
for teaching and research positions, the written test, interview, and trial teaching scores are calculated in a ratio of 3:3:4. for information construction positions, the written test and interview scores are calculated in a ratio of 5:5.
the comprehensive results will be announced on the notice board of the website of beijing federation of trade unions workers’ university (beijing trade union cadre college) (https://www.ghgy.com.cn/) before december 31, 2024.
for each recruitment position, candidates for physical examination and assessment will be determined in descending order of comprehensive scores, with a 1:1 ratio.
4. physical examination and investigation
the college will organize a physical examination for the candidates at the designated hospital. the physical examination qualification standard shall refer to the general standard for physical examination for civil servant recruitment (trial) (ministry of human resources and social security no. 140, 2016). the candidates who pass the physical examination will be checked and investigated. for relevant requirements, please refer to the announcement on the targeted selection and recruitment of outstanding university graduates in 2025 in beijing. if the candidates fail the physical examination and file check, the candidates will be replaced in order of their total scores.
(v) publicity
the college will select the candidates for employment based on their comprehensive scores, physical examination results and inspection results, and will make public announcements to the public through the notice board of the beijing federation of trade unions workers' university (beijing trade union cadre college) website (https://www.ghgy.com.cn/). the announcement period is 7 working days.
after the public announcement period expires, if there are no problems or the problems raised do not affect the recruitment, the "national regular higher education graduate employment agreement" will be signed and the recruitment procedures will be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations.
(vi) on-the-job reporting
the candidate should go through the employment registration procedures within one month after obtaining academic qualifications and degree certificates.
