Taiwan's "China Broadcasting Corporation" (abbreviated as "CBC") was identified by the Taiwan "Irregular Party Assets Handling Committee" (abbreviated as "Party Assets Committee") as an affiliated organization of the Kuomintang, and required that 13 pieces of land and buildings under its name be transferred to public ownership, and 29 pieces of land that had been transferred or sold, totaling NT$7.73 billion (New Taiwan dollars, the same below), be reclaimed. "CBC" filed an administrative lawsuit, and the Taipei High Administrative Court ruled that "CBC" had long been out of the Kuomintang's ownership and control, and on the 26th ruled to revoke the "Party Assets Committee"'s punishment, which can be appealed. In response, former "CBC" Chairman Zhao Shaokang expressed his gratitude to the judge for restoring the truth and washing away the stigma of "CBC", and called on the "Party Assets Committee" to stop appealing and not make the same mistake again and again.

Late at night on the 26th, Zhao Shaokang posted on social media that the Party Assets Supervisory Committee had wrongly determined that China Broadcasting Corporation was an affiliated organization of the Kuomintang and was going to collect NT$7.73 billion from China Broadcasting Corporation. The Taipei High Administrative Court finally ruled that the Party Assets Supervisory Committee lost the case. He thanked the judge for restoring the original transaction facts. They had originally purchased the operating rights of China Broadcasting Corporation from China Times Group, not the Kuomintang.

Zhao Shaokang responded that in order to comply with the "Party, Government and Military Clauses" of the "Broadcasting Law", the Kuomintang hurriedly sold "China Film", "China Television" and "China Broadcasting" to China Times Group, and later China Times Group sold "China Broadcasting" to him. The media reports at the time were very clear about this process. China Times Group not only obtained the shares of "China Broadcasting", but also obtained the management rights of "China Broadcasting", not only reorganized the board of directors, but also appointed the general manager and related personnel.

Zhao Shaokang said bluntly, "What I have never understood is that I bought China Broadcasting Corporation from China Times Group at a better price than China Times Group. Why do the Party Assets Supervisory Committee and the DPP authorities keep questioning whether I have acquired China Broadcasting Corporation's shares at a fair price?"

Zhao Shaokang said: "I would like to thank the judges of the Taipei High Administrative Court again for restoring the truth of the matter and clearing the stigma of China Broadcasting Corporation being a subsidiary organization. We call on the Party Assets Supervisory Committee to stop appealing and stop making the same mistake over and over again!"

In addition, China Broadcasting Corporation also issued a statement in response. China Broadcasting Corporation affirmed the court's decision. China Broadcasting Corporation's equity was transferred from Huaxia Corporation, a subsidiary of Yu Jianxin's Rongli Corporation, to four companies including Haoting, not by the Kuomintang. After Haoting and other four companies took over, China Broadcasting Corporation made all decisions independently. It was not an affiliated organization of the Kuomintang and was never influenced by the Kuomintang. During elections, it accepted campaign advertisements from any political party and was a 100% commercial radio station. I hope that the Party Assets Supervisory Committee will uphold the principle of fairness, be impartial and not appeal again, and waste judicial resources.

The KMT responded by thanking the Taipei High Administrative Court for its fair judgment. From the Daxiao Building to the KMT Central Party Headquarters and the "Chongguang" case, the "Party Assets Committee" has lost one case after another, repeatedly proving that the "Party Assets Committee"'s political liquidation through judicial expropriation and abusive lawsuits has no legitimacy.
