Collection of requirements
Focusing on the development needs of our province's strategic emerging industries and leading industries, especially specialized and new enterprises, collecting talent job demand information from various enterprises and institutions in the province, including high-tech enterprises, medical and health institutions, universities, research institutes (including postdoctoral stations), etc.
The following talent needs are mainly collected:High-level talents that medical and health institutions, universities, research institutes (including postdoctoral stations) and other public institutions intend to introduce are generally required to have a master's degree or above or a senior professional title; enterprises intend to introduce talents who can solve key development links and core technical problems and serve as middle and senior professional and technical and management positions in the enterprise; other employers intend to introduce talents with an annual salary of generally not less than 100,000 yuan.
Promotion
Based on the collected talent position demand information, it will be publicized and released through relevant universities, talent websites, cooperative institutions, etc. to attract talents and employers to conduct preliminary matching.
Matchmaking and negotiation
Select employers who are willing to participate in the group to go to other provinces for offline matching. The activity locations are tentatively set in Jinan, Changsha, Harbin, Chongqing and Xi'an.

Policy support for this recruitment activity
If the introduced talents meet the conditions of provincial high-level talents (special grade and A, B, C categories), they can apply before or after landing.After confirmation, a resettlement subsidy of up to 7 million yuan will be given。
If the introduced talents meet the conditions for supporting young professional talents in engineering, enterprises will be given employment subsidies according to regulations.
If the introduced talents meet the conditions of our province's annual guidance catalogue for the introduction of scarce and urgently needed talents, they will be given living allowances and housing subsidies in accordance with regulations.
If the introduction of talents complies with other talent policies, support will be provided according to regulations.
When public institutions recruit high-level, urgently needed professional talents, they can appropriately simplify the recruitment procedures and adopt special open recruitment and other methods. The recruitment plan shall be reported to the provincial and municipal personnel administrative departments for approval in advance as required.
The notice requires that all localities and relevant units should increase publicity efforts, designate specific persons to be responsible, and actively mobilize various parks, enterprises and institutions to participate widely; they should refine job requirements, and try to list working and living conditions and other benefits to lay the foundation for accurate talent attraction.
