1. Job Requirements and Registration Conditions

1. Possess the nationality of the People’s Republic of China, be politically firm, abide by laws and disciplines, and have good moral character.

2. Full-time college graduates must meet one of the following conditions before July 31, 2024:

(1) Have obtained a full-time master's degree and a degree certificate (starting from 2017, the graduate students enrolled by the state are not limited to full-time academic qualifications, but must hold employment procedures handled by the provincial college graduate employment work department and the college);

(2) Obtain a full-time undergraduate degree or above from a "Double First-Class" university or a national provincial key normal university;

(3) Full-time master's students from foreign universities ranked in the top 300 in the three major world university ranking systems. Overseas students must obtain a degree certificate and a certificate of foreign academic qualifications and degrees issued by the Ministry of Education's Overseas Study Service Center before employment;

(4) For graduates who have obtained a doctoral degree, there is no restriction on their major.

3. The majors must be the same or similar. If the majors are not similar, the applicant must obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate, and the subject applied for must be consistent with the teaching subject of the teacher qualification certificate.

4. Graduates from branches and independent colleges of relevant universities, and graduates from commissioned training, on-the-job training, targeted training and cooperative education are not included in the scope of recruitment.

5. In good health, under 35 years old (born after August 7, 1988).

6. Employees of government agencies and public institutions in our county and those who have resigned (quit) from government agencies and public institutions in our county for less than six months are not allowed to apply. III. Registration Method

This talent introduction will be conducted in the form of online registration. Applicants can register via email. From the date of the announcement to 5:00 pm on August 10, 2024, the registration form (see Attachment 2), the electronic version of the scanned copy of the certificate, and the "Summary Table" (see Attachment 3) should be sent to the mailbox: [email protected] within the specified time. IV. Qualification Review

Qualification review runs through the entire process of talent introduction. Those who pass the qualification review will be interviewed. Those who are found to be unqualified or have engaged in fraud will be disqualified from the application and dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations.

1. Online preliminary qualification review

A designated person will be responsible for the preliminary review of online registration qualifications. The preliminary review will be conducted based on the job requirements and the information materials submitted by the applicants. After the online registration is completed, the applicants who have not passed the preliminary review will be notified by phone or email. If the preliminary review is passed, the registration information cannot be changed. After the preliminary review, an on-site qualification review and interview will be conducted.

2. On-site qualification review

(1) Time and place

Time: August 13, 2024 (8:30-12:00 in the morning, 2:30-5:30 in the afternoon); Location: Dan County Teacher Training Center (100 meters north of Dan County Shengli Road Experimental School).

(2) Submit materials

Those who apply online and pass the preliminary review via email are required to undergo an on-site qualification review. Those who do not participate in the on-site qualification review will be deemed to have waived their application qualifications. During the on-site qualification review, you must submit ① "Registration Form for the Introduction of High-level Talents in the Education and Sports System of Dan County in 2024" (see Appendix 2, insert a recent electronic photo); ② Your valid second-generation ID card (front and back); ③ Nationally recognized academic qualifications and degree certificates and a printout of the "Electronic Registration and Filing Form for Academic Certificates of the Ministry of Education" within the validity period; ④ The original and copy of the teacher qualification certificate and a printout of the query page of the "China Teacher Qualification Network". Those who pass the initial qualification review will apply for an interview admission ticket on site. The interview time, location and related matters can be found on the interview admission ticket. The qualification review of applicants will run through the entire recruitment process. Those who pass the qualification review will be interviewed. Those who do not meet the application conditions or who have committed fraud will be disqualified and dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations.

5. Interview

The interview will be organized and implemented by the county education and sports system’s high-level talent introduction work leading group in accordance with relevant regulations, and the interview will be conducted on-site.

1. The interview will be conducted in the form of a trial lecture. Applicants will choose a topic for the job they are applying for, and the content of the trial lecture will be the current textbook content of the corresponding subject in the corresponding academic stage. The interview time shall not exceed 10 minutes (including trial lecture time, thinking time, and defense time). The order of trial lectures will be determined by drawing lots. Those who fail to attend the interview at the designated location at the specified time will be deemed to have automatically waived their rights. During the interview, only the drawn sequence number and the job position are allowed to be reported. Any form of self-introduction is not allowed, and personal information is not allowed to be disclosed, otherwise the interview qualification will be cancelled.

2. Mainly evaluate the comprehensive quality of candidates and the basic ability and professional quality required for professional work. The minimum passing score for the interview is 70 points. According to the recruitment positions and the number of recruits, the qualified candidates who will enter the physical examination scope will be determined from high to low scores.

3. Personnel transfer. Candidates who have achieved the passing score in the interview but have not been shortlisted for the positions they applied for will be recommended to other schools for two-way selection and transfer placement according to the principles of matching majors, matching people with positions, and selecting high-scoring candidates first. Those who do not comply with the transfer will be deemed to have automatically given up.

VI. Inspection and Physical Examination

1. Those who pass the interview will be selected for the physical examination in a 1:1 ratio according to the interview scores (if there are ties, the candidates with higher academic qualifications, fresh graduates and younger age will be selected in the order of priority). Announcement on the Third Recruitment of High-level Talents by Cao County Education System in 2024

IV. Registration Methods and Preliminary Qualification Review

2. Preliminary qualification review

V. On-site Qualification Review

Those who pass the preliminary review and complete the payment will participate in the on-site qualification review.

During the on-site qualification review, applicants must submit the following materials according to the requirements of the recruitment position:

3. The qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. VI. Examination

The examination is organized and implemented by the Cao County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in conjunction with the Cao County Education and Sports Bureau. The examination is generally conducted in the form of an interview, focusing on the professional skills, practical operation ability and teaching organization ability of the applicants. The minimum passing score for the interview is 70 points (including 70 points). The examination results are based on a 100-point system with a full score of 100 points. For subject positions with a large number of applicants and in which it is not possible to interview all of them on the same day, a written test will be added. The written test score accounts for 40% and the interview score accounts for 60%. The total test score will be calculated based on this score ratio, and candidates will be interviewed in a ratio of 1:3 from high to low scores.

VII. Inspection and Physical Examination

1. Inspection. After the interview, candidates for inspection will be determined in order from high to low scores according to the total scores of the examination and the number of planned positions (if candidates for the same position have the same scores, they will be determined in order of priority based on the higher education level and younger age). The focus will be on their ideological and political performance, moral character, ability and quality, learning and work performance, compliance with laws and regulations, integrity and self-discipline, job matching, and whether there are any circumstances that should be avoided. The applicants will also be reviewed to see whether they meet the prescribed job qualifications and whether the relevant information and materials provided are true and accurate. At the same time, in accordance with the relevant provisions on the management of cadre personnel files, the files of the inspection objects will be strictly reviewed. The recruitment unit or its competent department will make an inspection conclusion based on the inspection results.

2. Physical examination. Applicants who pass the examination will be subject to the physical examination. The physical examination standards shall refer to the "Physical Examination Standards for Teacher Qualification Certification in Shandong Province", and the physical examination fee shall be borne by the applicant.

If a re-examination is required according to regulations, it shall not be conducted in the original medical examination hospital, and the re-examination can only be conducted once, and the result shall be based on the conclusion of the re-examination. If the applicant fails to attend the medical examination at the specified time and place, it shall be deemed as a waiver.

For vacancies caused by giving up the inspection, physical examination or failing the inspection or physical examination, the vacancies will be filled by candidates in the order of total examination scores from high to low. The filling will be done only once. If the candidates give up after the announcement, there will be no more filling.

8. Public Announcement and Employment

The candidates who have passed the examination, inspection and physical examination will be announced to the public on the website of the Cao County People's Government by the recruiting agency for 7 working days. If there are any objections during the publicity period, the recruiting unit or its competent department (organizing unit) shall investigate and deal with them in accordance with relevant regulations and make a conclusion. After the publicity period, if there are no problems or the problems reflected after investigation do not affect the employment, the recruiting unit or its competent department (organizing unit) shall put forward employment opinions and report to the Cao County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for filing procedures. If the reflected problems are found to be true and affect the employment, they will not be hired.
