after investigation, the restaurant involved was "dunhuang jiaodian restaurant", which was registered on october 16, 2023. its business address is shop no. 103 on the first floor, no. 277, wenchang south road, shazhou town, dunhuang city. the business license and small food store registration certificate are legal and valid.

it is understood that the merchant stated that the consumers who reported the problem ate at the restaurant involved twice. at about 21:00 on the evening of september 17, 2024, a group of four people from zhang's party entered the store for consumption and ordered a portion of beef dumplings with scallions (68 yuan), stir-fried beans (25 yuan), hot and sour shredded potatoes (18 yuan), and fried wheat. vegetables (16 yuan), hot and sour baby vegetables (2 servings total 50 yuan), rice (4 servings 10 yuan), the total consumption is 187 yuan. the consumer added the merchant's wechat account at 23:10 on september 17, 2024. at 11:48 am on september 18, 2024, zhang ordered two kilograms (4 servings) of beef dumplings with scallions from the merchant through wechat and informed the merchant that he would arrive at the store in ten minutes. around 12 noon, four people arrived at the store and consumed 4 portions of beef dumplings with scallions (68 yuan each, a total of 272 yuan), baby cabbage (25 yuan), and fish-flavored shredded pork (36 yuan), a total of 333 yuan. the merchant provided consumers with invoices for two meals (530 yuan) on september 19, 2024.

on the evening of september 25, 2024, the merchant took the initiative to refund the 272 yuan dumpling consumption amount to the reporter through wechat transfer and apologized, but received no response.

after investigation, the menu provided by the restaurant did not indicate the price of beef dumplings with shallots and scallions (the menu only had "braised beef dumplings" at 78 yuan/portion). the video reflects that it is true that the price of beef dumplings with scallions and scallions is not indicated on the menu provided by jiaodian restaurant in dunhuang city.
