on the afternoon of september 20, xiangning county vocational middle school held a launching ceremony for the teachers' "qinglan project". the ceremony was attended by the school's party branch secretary and principal wei liulong, vice principals wang lei and yan lidong, director of the academic affairs office guo hongyu, and head of the youth league committee jiao guirong. chen lina, head of the political and educational affairs office, presided over the ceremony.

afterwards, geng liqin spoke on behalf of the tutors, conscientiously fulfilling their guidance responsibilities, sharing successful experiences, and helping apprentices to develop comprehensively and grow healthily; wang rong expressed her position on behalf of the apprentices, humbly asking the tutors for advice, improving their professional level, devoting themselves to class management with full enthusiasm and a pragmatic style, and working hard to make achievements and repay their tutors and the school.
finally, principal wei gave a speech. he said that the school will improve the incentive mechanism and honor system, actively build a diversified communication platform, and regularly hold teaching seminars and experience sharing sessions to learn from each other and improve together. mentors should generously share advanced concepts, scientific methods and competition experience, and sincerely help guide the growth of apprentices. apprentices should have novel perspectives and innovative thinking to inject fresh blood and innovative inspiration into the team. mentors give their all to help improve the overall quality of teaching. the school commends and rewards the outstanding mentor-apprentice teams in the "blue and green project" activities.
