the suixi county court's "civil judgment" (2018 wan 0621 minchu 3489) on december 17, 2019 shows that after yu yongfang and tianjia real estate company signed the contract, yu yongfang completed part of the project agreed in the contract. on october 26, 2016, tianjia real estate company promised that the renji new community (tianjia lakeside) shop project would be constructed by yu yongfang. due to tianjia real estate company's reasons, yu yongfang was unable to continue the construction.
